In his latest report, TREB’s President, Larry Cerqua, confirms there continues to be an increase in sales transactions. For the month of June 2016, approximately 12,980 residential transactions took place through TREB’s MLS system, which is a 7.5% increase over the same period in 2015. The average selling price for all home types combined in the GTA has crept up to almost $750,000. For a copy of the full article, click here.
