It appears I do!!!!!!
My crazy, super busy schedule now includes gym visits. Don’t get me wrong, it hasn’t been easy making yet more time for something else. But I knew, deep, deep, deeeeeeep down inside, that investing in my health would only bode well for the rest of my life.
Even so, I also knew my limitations – yep, I do have some, and when it comes to exercise, I’m procrastinator #1. Actually, that’s not entirely true – I’ve just put everything else before it.
I know the benefits of training/keeping healthy. I’ve actually felt them before. Getting up, feeling refreshed and energized, NOT stressed. Well, that wasn’t me lately. I realized, if I don’t feel great, how can I perform great? So it’s time to hit the gym and meet up with my personal trainer and make some changes to my diet. Already, I can feel the positive changes happening.
I guess I’ve proven (to myself, that is) that there’s always room to add positivity into one’s life.
PS – Never be afraid to ask for help. Surround yourself with like-minded positive people – it will get you to your end goal that much quicker.

An investment in yourself is always the best investment short and long term. Keep it up Mary.
